Job Summary
Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced All Source Analyst to join our team at Davis-Monthan AFB supporting Air Forces Southern (AFSOUTH). The All Source Analyst will play a critical role in conducting Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis Multi-Int Fusion and Analytical Tradecraft Support to provide actionable intelligence for operational and strategic decision-making. This position requires expertise in integrating intelligence from multiple sources and delivering high-quality intelligence products to support mission objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion to support operational and strategic decision-making and tactical operations.
- Develop and deliver high-quality intelligence products including reports briefings and assessments to inform mission planning and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts mission planners and operators to ensure timely and accurate intelligence delivery.
- Maintain proficiency in analytical tools methodologies and software to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge intelligence solutions.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior analysts fostering the development of analytical tradecraft skills.
- Ensure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines.
- Travel may be (Up to 10%)
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Required Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Required Education: Masters degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have a bachelors degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related expert experience for a total of 20 years as a substitute to the masters degree.
- Technical Expertise:
- Expertise in Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion.
- Completion of a commercial military or U.S. Government all-source analysis training course or specialized intelligence certification.
- Expertise with analytical tools databases and software used in ISR operations.
- Strong understanding of intelligence collection platforms and processes.
- Skills:
- Exceptional analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced mission-driven environment.
- Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is .
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting the AFSOUTH or similar ISR organizations.
- Familiarity with advanced analytical tradecraft techniques and methodologies.
- Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts.
