Job Summary
The WorkForce Software (WFS) SME is responsible for supporting configuring and maintaining the WorkForce Software system. This role ensures accurate timekeeping pay rule configuration and smooth integration with payroll and HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain time & attendance rules pay codes accruals and schedules.
- Support payroll by validating time data and resolving discrepancies.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Participate in system testing (SIT/UAT) and support go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations and processes.
- Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide user support and basic training when required.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience with WorkForce Software or similar workforce management systems.
- Knowledge of timekeeping scheduling and payroll processes.
- Experience configuring pay rules and accrual policies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating WFS with payroll or HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of labor law compliance (overtime holidays union rules).
- Experience in multi-state or multi-country environments.
