Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant

Location: Based in Portugal (preferable in Lisbon Coimbra or Braga)

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (1x office days)

Overview / Summary:

As (Senior) Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking and a member of our growing international SAP SuccessFactors Consulting team you will play a key role in helping our customers modernize and optimize their HR processes with a strong focus on Time Management.

Responsabilities / Tasks:

Implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking solutions and seamless integration into existing technology landscapes and HR processes
Conducting workshops for scoping training and release management with a focus on best practices for time management processes
Leading transformation projects to digitalize and optimize time tracking and attendance management for our customers

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

5 years with experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking module including implementation and configuration.
At least 3 implementations end to end
Strong understanding of HR processes with focus on time management and workforce planning
Excellent communication skills a customer-oriented mindset and a proactive team-oriented approach.
Ability to work in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams and environments.
Speak (read and write) in English is mandatory Portuguese is a preferable order
