Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Learning Consultant
Location: Based in Portugal (preferable in Lisbon Coimbra or Braga)
Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (1x office days)
Overview / Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Learning Consultant / Specialist to join our team. You will own the end-to-end delivery of SuccessFactors Learning implementations lead client engagements and mentor junior consultants. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment combines technical expertise with strategic thinking and is committed to driving measurable business outcomes.
Responsabilities / Tasks:
- Partner with clients to define learning strategies and translate them into scalable SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions.
- Lead configuration deployment and optimization of the Learning module ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Advise on best practices for LMS governance compliance and integration with other HR systems and third-party applications.
- Conduct workshops demos and stakeholder presentations to secure buy-in and guide decision-making.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including requirements gathering solution design testing and deployment.
- Ensure quality assurance adherence to timelines and budget compliance.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- 5 years with SAP SuccessFactors implementation with deep expertise in Learning Management System (LMS).
- 3 implementations end to end (preferable).
- Strong understanding of learning processes compliance requirements and HR technology ecosystems.
- Speak (read and write) in English is mandatory Portuguese is a preferable order
- Ability to work in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams and environments.
Complementary Requirements:
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in Learning (additional modules like Employee Central Payroll Recruiting are a plus).
- Experience with SAP BTP CPI or other integration platforms.
