Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

Location: Based in Portugal (preferable in Lisbon Coimbra or Braga)

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (1x office days)

Overview / Summary:

We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Managing Consultant to join our team. As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Managing Consultant you will play a key role in implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their operational needs design and configure SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) modules and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsabilities / Tasks:

Develop innovative insights and solutions for clients adapting approaches to meet project needs and leveraging HR Technology expertise to deliver tailored analysis recommendations and project deliverables.
Lead and manage HR Transformation projects across sectors enhancing change experiences and ensuring seamless integration with SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems.
Implement configure and optimize SuccessFactors Employee Central including conducting workshops documenting functional specifications solution designs and configuration workbooks.
Manage project timelines deliverables and client expectations while staying updated on SuccessFactors releases and recommending system improvements.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

5 years of experience configuring and implementing SAP/SuccessFactors Employee Central projects.
3 years of experience full life cycle SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
Ability to work in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams and environments.
Speak (read and write) in English is mandatory Portuguese is a preferable order
