Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to join our Electronics Service team. The candidate will be responsible for providing application and service support troubleshooting control systems and power electronics and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues across India.
Roles & Responsibilities
Visit customer sites across India as per service and project requirements.
Handle control system electronics and power drives.
Perform in-depth troubleshooting of PCBs.
Carry out repairs at SMD component level.
Document new test procedures and prepare internal technical reports and CORN reports.
Ensure on-time repair delivery and minimize re-repairs.
Attend customer complaints through phone email and toll-free support.
Visit customer locations for complaint resolution training and technical support.
Handle customer queries based on assigned regions and products.
Manage individual onsite assignments independently.
Identify frequent product issues escalate them to seniors and provide solutions to customers.
Provide technical service and troubleshooting support for all customer-reported faults.
Maintain and update complaint records regularly.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Be willing to travel extensively across India.
Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of electronics control systems and power drives.
Hands-on experience in PCB-level and SMD component repairs.
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently at customer sites.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic documentation and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel pan-India.
