Role: Full Stack Developer I

As a Full Stack Developer I you will contribute to designing developing and deploying web applications that manage monitor and interface with our robots. You will work closely with senior developers and the team to deliver clean maintainable code and grow your technical skills across both front-end and back-end stacks. Youll also participate in architectural discussions and contribute to feature development from end to end.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full Stack Application Development
   

• Assist in designing and developing scalable and secure web applications using modern frameworks (React/ or similar).
  

• Implement features across the UI backend APIs and database interactions.
  

• Write reusable components services and APIs following SOLID and DRY principles.
  

1. System Design & Architecture
   

• Collaborate with senior engineers on system architecture and microservices design.
  

• Contribute to decisions around system performance scalability and modularization.
  

• Assist in designing APIs data models and services for real-time robot communication and telemetry.
  

1. Technical Collaboration & Learning
   

• Participate in code reviews and apply feedback to improve code quality.
  

• Learn best practices in software design testing and deployment.
  

• Seek guidance from senior team members to solve technical challenges and grow expertise.
  

1. DevOps CI/CD & Cloud Integration
   

• Collaborate with DevOps and engineers to maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
  

• Work with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) under guidance to deploy applications securely.
  

• Assist in implementing logging monitoring and alerting for production systems.
  

1. Testing & Quality Assurance
   

• Write unit integration and end-to-end tests using tools like Vitest Jest Playwright or Cypress.
  

• Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure releases meet quality standards.
  

• Participate in performance profiling and automated testing initiatives.
  

1. Best Practices & Tech Exploration
   

• Stay up-to-date with new tools frameworks and patterns (e.g. SSR/SSG Edge APIs).
  

• Follow best practices in version control (Git) branching strategies and code documentation.
  

• Help maintain accessibility security and performance standards in development.
  

1. Cross-Team Collaboration
   

• Work closely with product managers UI/UX designers robotics engineers and QA to implement features aligned with software and hardware goals.
  

• Translate high-level requirements into technical solutions with guidance from senior team members.
  

1. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
   

• Write and maintain documentation design notes and onboarding guides.
  

• Share knowledge within the team through presentations or collaborative sessions.
  

Requirements

• Education: B.E/ in Computer Science Electronics or related fields.
  
• Experience: 13 years of full stack development experience with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  

• Frontend: React ecosystem TanStack Suite (React Query Router Table) component-based architecture TypeScript.
  

• Backend: REST APIs WebSockets authentication/authorization modern runtimes like Bun lightweight frameworks like Hono.
  

• Databases: NoSQL (MongoDB) Redis ORM tools (Prisma/Drizzle).
  

• Testing: Vitest Jest Playwright/Cypress integration suites contract testing.
  

• Monorepo & Tooling: Turborepo or similar module federation caching strategies (Optional).
  

• DevOps: Knowledge of Docker Nginx GitOps CI/CD (GitHub Actions ArgoCD etc.) infra-as-code (Optional).
  

• Familiarity with robotics IoT or real-time systems is a plus.
  

Bonus Skills

• Experience integrating with real-time robotic systems or IoT devices.
  

• Contributions to open source or developer tooling projects.
  

• Knowledge of browser rendering async data flows and modern state management patterns.
