Lead Software Developer

What Youll Do

• Design and develop application features using C# .NET TypeScript JavaScript and SQL leveraging the Acumatica ERP platform.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical design and implementation plans.
• Own feature delivery end-to-end from design through deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and QA engineers to ensure clarity testability and high-quality outcomes.
• Conduct peer reviews and maintain high standards for technical design code quality maintainability and performance.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of technical excellence and accountability.
• Identify technical risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by introducing best practices automation and modern engineering techniques.

Qualifications :

Who You Are

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and SQL with hands-on experience in enterprise application development.
• Familiarity with web development (HTML JavaScript TypeScript REST APIs).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming design patterns (SOLID MVC) and asynchronous programming.
• Experience in ERP CRM or other business systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills able to work effectively with global and cross-functional teams.
• Growth mindset and passion for building scalable maintainable and user-focused software.

Bonus Points For

• Experience building ERP financial systems or large B2B platforms.
• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure AWS).
• Experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Demonstrated initiative in driving ideas from concept to completion to improve product architecture tooling and developer experience.
