Summary:

We are a professional Passport & Visa Consultancy providing end-to-end visa services for all countries handling tourist business family visit and official travel visas.

We are looking for a dynamic proactive and result-driven B2B Sales / Marketing Executive to build and manage partnerships with companies institutions and professionals. The role focuses on generating corporate and B2B visa enquiries by directly engaging with management-level stakeholders and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Business Development

Identify approach and onboard corporate and institutional clients
Develop tie-ups with:
Companies and startups
Business owners and founders
Self-employed professionals
Admin HR and management teams
Generate visa requirements for:
Employee and team travel
Business and official travel
Personal and family travel routed through corporate associations

Field Sales & Client Engagement

Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with corporate clients
Visit offices business parks co-working spaces and commercial hubs
Build strong professional rapport with management-level stakeholders

Outreach & Lead Generation

Execute cold calls follow-up calls and outbound emails
Create and manage a steady B2B lead pipeline
Schedule meetings and close partnerships independently

Relationship Management

Maintain long-term relationships with corporate partners
Act as the primary contact for ongoing visa requirements
Encourage repeat business and referrals

Reporting & Target Achievement

Maintain daily activity and lead tracking reports
Work towards monthly and quarterly B2B targets
Coordinate internally with the backend and documentation team



Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

Female candidates only
Fluent in spoken and written English Kannada.
12 years of experience in:
B2B sales
Corporate sales
Field sales
Business development roles
Experience in B2B service sales is an added advantage
Prior passport visa or travel industry experience not required
