Job Summary

A Customer Sales Executive (Commercial Vehicle) is responsible for generating sales of commercial vehicles such as trucks tippers and light commercial vehicles (LCV). The role involves lead generation customer visits product explanation loan coordination and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with transporters and business owners. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate leads from transporters fleet owners logistics companies and local markets.

  • Promote and sell commercial vehicles (LCV/HCV).

  • Conduct field visits and customer meetings.

  • Explain vehicle features pricing finance options and schemes.

  • Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for vehicle loan processing.

  • Arrange test drives and vehicle demonstrations.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain customer database and follow-up regularly.

  • Handle documentation and ensure smooth vehicle delivery.

  • Build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.

  • Good communication and convincing ability.

  • Knowledge of commercial vehicle market and competitors.

  • Understanding of vehicle finance and loan process.

  • Field sales experience preferred.

  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Qualifications
  • Graduate in any stream (preferred).

  • 1 3 years of experience in automobile sales commercial vehicle sales or vehicle finance.

  • Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply.

  • Valid driving license (preferred).
