Sales Executive drives revenue by finding new clients nurturing existing relationships and selling products/services involving lead generation pitching solutions negotiating deals and meeting targets acting as the key link between the company and customers through calls emails or in-person meetings to meet sales goals and foster growth.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling networking social media and market research.
Client Engagement: Contact potential and existing customers to understand needs offer advice and present tailored product/service solutions.
Sales & Negotiation: Conduct presentations negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve mutual satisfaction and company profit.
Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with current clients identifying upsell opportunities and resolving issues.
Reporting & Strategy: Track sales progress report performance analyze market trends and contribute to sales strategies.
