User Research:
Conduct user research through interviews surveys usability testing and other methodologies. Analyze user feedback and activity to iterate and improve the user experience.
Design and Prototyping:
Create wireframes storyboards user flows process flows and site maps.
Develop high-fidelity prototypes and mockups using design tools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe XD.
Ensure all designs align with the companys brand guidelines and design standards.
Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver intuitive and user-centric solutions.
Facilitate design thinking workshops and brainstorming sessions to ideate innovative design solutions.
User Interface Design:
Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications focusing on usability and visual appeal.
Ensure responsiveness and accessibility across various devices and platforms.
Testing and Iteration:
Conduct usability tests and gather qualitative and quantitative data to refine and enhance user experiences.
Implement A/B testing to evaluate design decisions and iterate based on user feedback.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive design documentation and specifications to guide the development team.
Create and update design system components and guidelines.

Education:
Bachelors degree in UX Design Graphic Design Interaction Design Human-Computer Interaction or related field. A masters degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a UX Designer preferably within the fin-tech industry or a related field.
Strong ability to conduct user research usability testing and data-driven design decisions. Proficiency in Figma (including advanced features like Auto Layout Variants Design Tokens and AI-powered plugins). Ability to create interactive prototypes responsive layouts and scalable design systems
Deep understanding of design systems principles governance and scalability.
Hands-on experience with AI-based UX tools such as: and UXPilot for automated wireframes user flows and usability analysis.
Staying updated with emerging UX trends like ethical design sustainability and AI-driven personalization. Proven track record of designing complex web and mobile applications.
