As we continue to expand were looking for a Director of Finance to lead our financial strategy strengthen financial systems and ensure long-term profitability and financial discipline as we scale.

Position Overview
The Director of Finance will oversee all financial operations including budgeting forecasting cash flow management and financial reporting. This role plays a critical part in supporting strategic decision-making optimizing financial performance and building scalable financial infrastructure to support company growth.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and detail-oriented finance leader with a builders mindsetsomeone who can translate financial data into clear insights controls and actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all financial operations including budgeting forecasting cash flow and financial planning.
Build and maintain scalable financial systems reporting structures and controls to support growth.
Monitor and analyze key financial metrics including profitability margins burn rate and unit economics.
Prepare accurate financial reports and insights for leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Oversee invoicing revenue recognition expenses payroll coordination and vendor payments.
Establish and maintain financial SOPs to ensure accuracy compliance and accountability.
Partner with leadership to support pricing strategy revenue goals and cost optimization initiatives.
Manage financial risk compliance and coordination with external accountants or advisors.
Foster a culture of financial discipline transparency and continuous improvement across the organization.
