Job Summary

6 month contract position based in Cape Town Brackenfell for a Sage 300 Super User

Payroll responsibilities

Process of monthly payrolls
Support payroll processing in various countries in the absence of local administrators
Payroll reconciliation
Leave management control
Upload of payroll journals to the ledger
3rd party payment
Balance sheet recons
Update of employee records on SAGE 300 people
Set-up of various country payrolls

Requirements

Sage 300 experience
Experience managing payroll administrators
Must have experience with African payroll
Must be available to start immediately
Must have experience with Position Management Module
