As a Senior Business Analyst you will:

Translate business and regulatory requirements into effective solution designs related to enterprise party data and party management.
Apply strong understanding of banking concepts credit lifecycle and party data to support business transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with delivery teams to realize project milestones ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
Participate in cross-business-line and cross-grid change projects ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
Contribute actively to working groups workshops and governance forums organized across the organization.
Support Agile ways of working including backlog refinement sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.

What You Bring to the Table:

10 years of overall experience in business analysis within the banking and financial services domain.
Strong foundational knowledge of banking concepts.
Good understanding of Party data and party management Credit lifecycle processes Credit Risk Management principles
Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering analysis and solution translation.

You should possess the ability to:

Analyze complex business problems and convert them into clear actionable solution requirements.
Work effectively in large cross-functional and cross-business teams.
Balance multiple initiatives while maintaining high attention to detail and quality.
Adapt to organizational change and contribute positively to transformation programs.
