Make a difference as Senior Customer Service Representative
In this role you manage the complete export order process for nominated countries in Eastern Europe. You ensure that every shipment runs smoothly from order intake to delivery while meeting all compliance requirements. You work closely with Sales Supply Chain Seed Operations and external partners to keep the flow efficient and problemfree.
Your main responsibilities include:
Overseeing the full endtoend order flow for nominated countries;
Acting as the primary contact for export shipments;
Leading operational meetings and coordinating with key stakeholders;
Managing the customer service interface between Supply Chain and Marketing & Sales;
Identifying potential issues and solving them proactively;
Handling complex supply chain challenges and ensuring quick resolution;
Keeping processes up to date and ensuring documentation and compliance are in place;
Communicating with customers suppliers (such as sampling labs) and internal teams such as Sales R&D and Seed Operations.
You will collaborate with colleagues across Sales Supply Chain Planning & Processing Production Finance and subsidiary companies.
What you bring as a future colleague
A completed higher professional education (HBO/Bachelor) in Supply Chain Business Administration or a related field;
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain or a Sales related position preferably in FMCG and/ or pharmaceutical and/or Seed industry;
Experience working with ERP systems and automated processes;
Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics including transport import/export customs and phytosanitary processes;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams;
Strong analytical skills;
Proficiency in English and preferably one of the Eastern European languages Spanish and/or French both spoken and written.
