Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and executing employee engagement activities events and communication campaigns
- Support the coordination and continuous improvement of the employee onboarding process
- Maintain onboarding trackers and collect feedback from new joiners
- Create engaging content for internal HR communications
- Help with data collection and analysis for engagement and induction metrics
- Collaborate with various departments to organize HR initiatives and gather feedback
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
