The Opportunity
As an Installation Coordinator you will be responsible for managing and executing greenhouse installations on the ground. This is a field-intensive role that requires close coordination with farmers labour teams vendors and transporters to ensure timely and high-quality installation.

Location: Andhra Pradesh
Reporting to: Team Leader
Salary: 2.4 LPA Allowances
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all greenhouse installation activities ensuring installation is done as per specifications
Coordinate with labour teams ensure availability and proper allocation
Ensure timely site preparation and arrangement of resources by farmers for installation
Coordinate with local transporters for transportation of greenhouse units to site
Ensuring net house and drip irrigation are functioning properly maintained
Finding relevant vendors and service providers.

Must-Haves
Experience in field work in dealing with labour teams
Willingness to live and work in rural India
Any Bachelors Degree from a recognized Institute. B-tech Mechanical/ Civil Polytechnic in Mechanical or Civil.
Nice-to-Haves
Prior exposure to agri-tech rural livelihoods or development-sector work.
Basic understanding of greenhouse or protected cultivation systems.
Strong local language communication skills.
Not a Fit
Prefer a desk-based or office-only role.
Are uncomfortable working in rural settings or traveling extensively.
Are not motivated by on-ground problem-solving and farmer interaction.
