We are seeking anAdministrative Studentfor ourResources Yard & Repair Facilitylocated inNisku Alberta that is availablefor 8 months starting inMay 2026.As anAdministrative Studentyou will contribute to our team by:

  • Inputs data into the equipment system and ensures data integrity.
  • Maintains electronic and hard-copy files for assets.
  • Develops and maintains a well-organized filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information.
  • Creates and maintains templates for forms letters tracking spreadsheets etc.
  • Willing and able to work in and adapt to change.
  • Demonstrates strong computer efficiency by providing accurate Word Excel and PowerPoint support through composing and/or editing a variety of documents.
  • Develops and maintains strong customer focused relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Values and models the solution provider profitability culture.
  • Other duties as required.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Proficient on the computer and have basic skillsin MS software (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn independently and stay current with new technologies.
  • Ability to understand quality of services and good customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to react to changing deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
