Role Overview
Were looking for a performance-focused Digital Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation employer branding and social media growth for a staffing and nearshoring business. This role is execution-heavy and outcome-driven leveraging AI-powered marketing tools to scale content optimize campaigns and accelerate pipeline generation. Strong preference for candidates experienced with Zoho Campaigns and the Zoho ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation (Client Acquisition)
Design execute and optimize B2B lead generation campaigns targeting hiring managers HR leaders and founders
Manage paid media across Google Ads LinkedIn Ads and Meta with a CPL and MQL mindset
Build and optimize landing pages lead forms and call-booking funnels
Implement tracking pixels and basic attribution to assess lead quality and pipeline impact
Use AI tools to accelerate A/B testing audience segmentation and creative optimization
Social Media (Brand Demand & Talent Attraction)
Own social media strategy and execution primarily on LinkedIn with secondary channels as needed
Plan generate and publish content using AI-powered social media tools (for ideation copy creatives and scheduling)
Manage content calendars posting cadence and community engagement
Support employer branding and candidate attraction campaigns aligned with open roles and talent pools
Email & Automation (Zoho Preferred)
Execute email campaigns and lead nurturing flows using Zoho Campaigns
Segment audiences personalize messaging and optimize open and conversion rates
Align email campaigns with paid and organic acquisition efforts
Collaborate with sales and recruiting teams to ensure CRM alignment (Zoho CRM preferred)
Analytics & Optimization
Track KPIs including CPL MQLs booked calls engagement and ROI
Deliver concise performance reports with actionable insights
Continuously optimize campaigns using data and AI-driven recommendations
Requirements
3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong lead generation focus
Proven experience in staffing recruitment nearshoring or B2B services
Hands-on experience with paid ads (Google Meta LinkedIn)
Experience using AI tools for social media and marketing optimization
Working experience with Zoho Campaigns (preferred) and email automation platforms
Strong understanding of B2B funnels and staffing sales cycles
Excellent English communication skills
Autonomous metrics-driven and comfortable working on an hourly basis
Nice to Have
Experience with Zoho CRM or broader Zoho ecosystem
AI tools such as ChatGPT Jasper Canva AI Hootsuite/Buffer AI or similar
Conversion-focused copywriting skills
Employer branding or recruitment marketing experience
