Who You Are

A self-motivated leader who can inspire a small but mighty team (youll be guiding our talented Wedding Coordinator and Conference & Events Coordinator)

Results-driven with a hunger for operational and financial success

A sales-savy ideas personcreative commercial and always thinking one step ahead

Someone who thrives on building personable meaningful relationships with our clients

Someone who has experience with Opera or a similar PMS is a big plusbut not essential

What Youll Do

Lead the Conference & Events Sales Team with passion clarity and purpose

Champion innovationdesign packages refresh processes and chase new opportunities

Drive sales performance while ensuring our long-term clients feel valued and remain loyal

Provide clear concise communication to the Operations Team

Bring energy and personality to a role thats as dynamic as you are
