This is a remote position.

Job Title:

Flashing Detailer (AutoCAD) Estimator Support

Key Responsibilities

Estimating & Quotes

• Ensure all quotes are delivered accurately and within agreed timeframes
  

• Communicate proactively with the Sales team if any timeline risks arise
  

• Provide pricing strictly upon request from Customer Service
  

• Ensure adequate margins on all orders; escalate any margin reductions for management approval
  

• Ensure written customer approval is received for all confirmed orders
  

• Manage up by escalating decisions or concerns appropriately
  

• Seek and implement continuous improvement initiatives where possible
  

Systems & Documentation

• Accurately utilize Odoo for pricing quoting and job documentation
  

• Ensure Bills of Materials (BOMs) are completed and saved in the correct folder with quote reference numbers
  

• Follow all ASM procedures and internal estimating processes
  

Drawings (AutoCAD)

• Prepare and provide drawings upon customer request
  

• Apply costings for drawings based on hourly charge rates
  

• Deliver drawings onlyensure customers clearly understand that take-offs are not included and remain the customers responsibility
  

Collaboration & Communication

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Sales and Customer Service teams
  

• Maintain clear professional and timely clerical communication
  

• Support daily operational requirements as directed by the Operations Manager
  

Other Duties

• Perform all duties aligned with the Estimator function
  

• Carry out additional tasks as reasonably directed by management
