Set-up and Location: WFH
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM AEST 6:00 AM 3:00 PM PHT

What Youll Do:
Youll be the kind of person who:
- Prepare take-offs & quote specifications from tender documents and drawings.
- Create drawings and prepare quotations using the fabrication software (Softtech or Logikal).
- Maintain a register of quotations and their current status.
- Answering and transferring incoming calls and taking messages as required.
- Greeting clients and assisting with customer enquiries as required.
- Undertake other related duties as directed.

- Working in the construction industry in an estimating role.
- Advanced computing skills with some experience using architectural drawing software.
- Experienced in reviewing project specifications and interpreting drawings.
- Able to follow instructions and work unsupervised as part of a small team.
- Be reliable with a good work ethic and presentation.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent work history demonstrating honesty integrity and reliability.
Desirable
- Experience using architectural or window drawing software (Softtech or Logikal).
