You will be a pivotal link between users and the product team driving customer satisfaction while shaping the future of an AI-driven platform. What you will do:

• Manage end-to-end customer relationships ensuring technical and product-related queries are resolved efficiently

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience in a customer-facing or product-led role within a high-growth SaaS or tech environment

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

• Analytical mindset with a passion for using data to improve user journeys and product performance
