Retail Talent Acquisition

  1. Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent
  2. Implement initiatives to enhance employee retention and reduce turnover rates.
  3. Monitor key metrics such as time-to-fill and retention rates.
  4. Improve processes to reduce cycle time for recruitment

Compensation Strategy

  1. Periodic compensation benchmarking exercises to ensure internal and external equity levels of staff compensation.
  2. Develop Compensation philosophy maintaining uniformity betweenbrands yet differentiating them.
  3. Review incentive scheme to drive competitive behavior whileselling.
  4. Monitor systems and processes for structured annualcompensation review of store staff
  5. Driving Retail Training Excellence
  6. Establish a framework on training for the brands
  7. Identify the training gaps and partner with brands to develop modules and training strategy to deliver desired behavior on the shop floor
  8. Identify and introduce cost effective and innovative techniques of training to meet the training needs of growing employee base across geography
  9. Drive audit and certification programs
  10. Monitor training effectiveness and suggest corrective steps for improvement.


Career Planning & Talent Development


  1. Scan the environment to ensure best practices offered by various vendors.
  2. Manage and continuously evaluate the outsourcing agencies foreffective service
  3. Ensure Service Level Agreements are being adhered to
  4. Drive program to identify and groom retail talent
  5. Devise processes to identify superior talent and create opportunities for them
  6. Constantly drive hiring of qualified retail talent into stores through a structured campus recruitment program at all levels.



Retail Operations

  1. Focus in driving operational excellence in retail HR processes through creation of dashboards MIS for all generalist HR ops processes in retail.
  2. Liaison and direct all activities related to third party staffing agency and drive performance through structured reviews with all stakeholders

Ensure Statutory Compliance


Team Management

  1. Build a system for measuring tracking and recognizing exceptional business performance & individual performance.
  2. Identify and action on needs of frontline team through an OHS.
  3. Identify and adapt engagement activities with the help of brands
  4. Continuously assess the level of statutory compliance in various stores through legal
  5. Liaise with external agencies to audit the compliance through legal
  6. Stay updated on relevant Laws pertaining to a particular state
  7. Continuously review workload and structure within the team to ensure equitable distribution of load.
  8. Provide feedback on performance and coach to support their development
  9. Evaluate and reward people effectively and objectively
  10. Store visits to understand grievances and process related issues
