Work Arrangement: This is ahybrid positionrequiring candidates to workon-site at least 2 days per weekat our office in Mississauga. The remaining days may be worked remotely subject to team and business needs.

Job Summary:

The Sr. Director Operations INVIVA leads workforce planning scheduling and operational management to ensure efficient clinic operations and high-quality patient care. This role drives process improvement team leadership and resource optimization partnering with senior leadership to achieve organizational goals and foster a culture of innovation.

Section A Specific Responsibilities:

Workforce Planning & Scheduling

  • Develop and implement workforce strategies to meet clinic and business needs.

  • Oversee scheduling systems to optimize staff allocation and clinic throughout.

  • Ensure staffing aligns with patient volume and operational requirements.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead coach and mentor managers and staff to achieve performance goals.

  • Foster a collaborative high-performing team environment.

  • Manage recruitment onboarding performance reviews and succession planning.

Process Optimization & Clinic Efficiency

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance clinic efficiency and service quality.

  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives including AI-driven solutions.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for scheduling financials and quality.

Operational Management

  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations KPIs SLAs and company policies.

  • Oversee billing reporting and program management for INVIVA clinics.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support contract management supply chain and IT implementation.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Manage budgets control costs and optimize resource utilization.

  • Support annual budgeting processes and monitor financial performance.

  • Evaluate ROI of process changes and workforce initiatives.

  • Provide daily management presence and promote teamwork.

  • Maintain quality standards in deliverables and patient interactions.

  • Act as a resource and leader in area of expertise.

  • Share technical and competitive information with colleagues.

  • Participate in process design for optimal efficiency and results.

Section C Position Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in health or behavioural sciences business or equivalent experience.

  • 710 years of management experience in healthcare operations or contact center environments.

  • Minimum 5 years experience managing people leaders including performance management.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven expertise in workforce planning scheduling and process optimization.

  • Experience with AI implementation and efficiency generation.

  • Strong coaching development and team leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.

  • Fluency in French is an asset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters degree in business or healthcare administration.

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.

  • Experience with clinical workflows and regulatory compliance.
