Clean Harbors is looking for aFieldOperations Manager for the Oilsands Region. This person will be responsible for organizing planning and coordinating day to day operations and field personnel to ensure projects meet cost and customer expectations.

Responsibilities
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all corporate and regulatory requirements
- Lead by example in safe work practices and risk mitigation
- Conduct field observations audits and incident reviews
- Ensure personnel are properly trained equipped and supported
- Own regional financial performance including:
- Budget development and management
- Revenue forecasting
- Profit & Loss oversight
- Cost control and margin management
- Drive operational efficiencies while maintaining service quality
- Plan organize and coordinate daily field operations and emergency response activities
- Allocate manpower equipment and resources effectively
- Ensure projects meet scope timeline and budget expectations
- Support mobilization and demobilization planning
- Serve as a key operational contact for client representatives
- Build strong long-term customer relationships
- Communicate proactively regarding project progress and performance
- Lead and mentor supervisors and field personnel
- Establish performance expectations and accountability standards
- Support recruitment onboarding and workforce planning
Qualifications
- 5 years of Management experience
- Experience with managing and forecasting budgets.
- Ability to manage change perform multiple tasks simultaneously and understand issues and resolve/address strategically.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of Corporate Safety & Compliance Policies.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
