Were on the look-out for a Brand Design Lead to join our team on a fixed term basis. As our Brand Design lead youll safeguard and evolve Tracksuits distinctive visual identity - ensuring our brand continues to grow recognition fluency and commercial impact.

This role will see you leading a small but high-performing design function spanning brand marketing and digital experiences. While delivering bold creative work youll also have the opportunity to expand Tracksuits digital design foundations; introducing improved UX/UI systems optimising web workflows and helping establish scalable design operations for the future.

Are you Tracksuits next Brand Design Lead:
Design is at the heart of Tracksuits growth story. Youll manage one direct report lead our network of freelancers through The Studio (our in-house creative production hub) and collaborate closely with Marketing GTM and Product teams.

In addition to leading brand and campaign creative this role will focus on optimising our digital experience partnering with our web developer to refine UX/UI streamline web workflows and support the development of a marketing design system and component library.

Youll operate 612 months ahead maintaining momentum on brand initiatives while identifying opportunities for systemisation and scale.

As our Brand Design Lead youll be responsible for:
Creative & Brand Leadership: Leading Tracksuit brand design across campaigns content events website & marketing Channels. Upholding creative standards. Coaching & mentoring our design team to deliver work that blends creative ambition with commercial performance & provide creative direction & QA for internal and freelance designers.
Digital Experience & Design Systems: Lead the creating of marketing design system & component library improving design consistency efficiency & scalability across digital touch points. Own the design and experience on our global website while also auditing exisiting website and marketing design workflows.
Planning & Delivery: Plan & prioritise creative projects across all brand and marketing initiatives.
Team Leadership & Operations: Manage and develop one direct report and oversee a network of freelancers. Maintain workflows; ensuring clarity prioritisation & accountability as well as support recruitment onboarding & creative development where needed for contract teams.

Thats the role so who are you:
Youll bring a wealth of experience in brand and digital design (7 years) ideally within a fast-growing SaaS tech or agency.
Expertise: Deep understanding of brand systems marketing design and foundational UX/UI principles.
Skills: Strong visual storytelling Figma fluency AI web design component systems and creative operations.
Mindset: Strategic thinker who balances creativity with business outcomes. Collaborative systems-minded and resourceful.
Bonus: Experience creating scalable design systems cross-functional workflows and understands how to tie design to business metrics.
$132000 - $145000 a year
