Role Summary
Were looking for a Sales Operations specialist with senior level experience (5 years). As a Sales Operations specialist we require someone who can understand the various pre-sales & sales processes and support developing/modifying corporate documents & presentations to fit the unique business proposal requirements.
Your Responsibilities
Develop high-quality business proposal presentations tailored to the needs and preferences of potential clients.
Collaborate with the global sales team to gather information including product or service details pricing and customer-specific requirements.
Conduct research on industry trends competitors and client backgrounds to craft proposals that resonate with target audiences.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in proposal development to continuously improve our approach.
Understand the corporate brand and ensure all documents are adhering to the brand visual & communication guidelines.
Organising and maintaining sales collateral for access by the sales team.
Create clear and accurate visual presentations that are impactful & inspire our customers.
Create persuasive narratives that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services.
Edit rework and enhance existing materials and proofread all documents to ensure they meet our quality standards
Collaborate closely with sales marketing and product teams to gather information and ensure proposal alignment with organisational goals
