Join Our Team as an Account Manager!

Cleantech is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager with experience in property management facilities management or the cleaning industry. This role is perfect for someone ready to lead a dynamic team and manage operations across multiple residential buildings in the Metro Vancouver area.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with clients and strata/property management to understand their needs and resolve service-related issues promptly.

• Supervise and lead janitorial staff ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Guide and support Field Supervisors onsite at assigned buildings.

• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address concerns.

• Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and efficient resource utilization.

• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

• Conduct performance evaluations coaching and ongoing development of team members.

• Manage overall staff motivation discipline development and performance.

• Demonstrate flexibility by working across various locations and buildings as required by company needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 35 years of proven experience in janitorial facilities management or building management.

• Exceptional client-facing communication and relationship management skills.

• Strong leadership problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (vehicle required).

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics or a related field.

• $55000$60000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications) plus monthly gas allowance.
