As the first senior engineering leader you will establish the technical architecture and lead delivery for an AI-driven mortgage origination platform. You will be a hands-on contributor while setting strategy building the engineering team and ensuring enterprise-grade security. Partnering with founders youll drive product innovation and navigate complex fintech compliance.
