Job Description:
This role focuses on designing end-to-end user experiences for AI-driven e-commerce features including AIGC content and conversational shopping assistants. You will define AI design patterns and design languages while collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform complex technology into intuitive user value ensuring high levels of trust and satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

Design end-to-end user experiences for AI-driven shopping tools from initial user research and information architecture to final UI visual delivery.
Establish and maintain a comprehensive AI design language and component library to standardize conversational and multi-modal interactions.
Collaborate with AI scientists and engineers to translate probabilistic machine learning outputs into reliable high-quality user interfaces.

The ideal candidate:

5 years of UX/UI experience with a portfolio demonstrating successful launches of AI-integrated features or conversational interfaces.
Deep understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and the unique design challenges associated with building trust around non-deterministic outputs.
Expert proficiency in Figma and advanced prototyping tools like ProtoPie or Framer to demonstrate complex motion and interaction concepts.
