About the Role
Were searching for a Sales Manager with a pure print and photocopier pedigree someone who has built their career selling copiers MFDs and print solutions directly to end users from SMB through to enterprise. If youve managed high-performing copier sales teams before this is your opportunity to lead one of the strongest groups in the industry.
Youll oversee a team of 1015 BDMs all focused on new business acquisition. Backed by a dedicated marketing and appointments team youll have consistent warm opportunities allowing you to drive performance sharpen sales capability and lead from the front.
What Youll Be Doing
- Leading coaching and developing a print-focused BDM team of 1015
- Driving strong new business activity across SMB mid-market and enterprise
- Managing sales pipeline discipline conversion metrics and team performance
- Working closely with marketing to maximise booked appointments and lead flow
- Setting the example with your own deep print industry knowledge and closing ability
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience managing copier/print sales teams in a direct-to-end-user capacity
- Strong background in photocopiers MFDs print management solutions or copier reseller environments
- Demonstrated success growing revenue hitting team targets and lifting capability
- A confident articulate leader who can motivate high-performing hunters
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with a current drivers licence

- Up to $150K base super uncapped commissions (OTE $250K$500K)
