Salary: 37592.53 per annum
Working Hour: 2 on / 4 off shift pattern (including sleeps bank shift)
Number of Sleeps Required: Included within shift pattern

Service Users: YPs aged 825 EBD Trauma Complex Needs
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards)
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 1 year in Residential Childcare

Who we are looking for
We are seeking a confident resilient and motivated Team Leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality trauma-informed care to children and young people.
You will:
Lead shifts and support staff to deliver consistent high-quality care
Act as a role model and provide supervision guidance and mentoring
Support care planning reviews and risk management
Promote safeguarding and ensure policies and procedures are followed
Support the Registered Manager with daily operations and standards
Build strong relationships with professionals families and agencies
Support staff development training and inductions
Maintain accurate records reports and documentation
Work flexibly including weekends and sleep-ins
