Ligonier Ministries a Christian non-profit organization is seeking a talented Technology Administrative Specialist for theIT this role you will take ownership of various challenging administrative tasks including billingpurchasing and inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile departmental credit cards andmaintainrecords of financial activities.
- Submit and track various accountingformslike purchase orders and expense reimbursements.
- Review financial documents for accuracy and alignment with departmental needs.
- Conducttechnologyhardware and softwarepurchasingactivities.
- Negotiate with vendors for better pricing and correct errors on quotes and invoices.
- Support the IT asset management lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
- Maintain databases of vendor contacts inventory software and other departmental needs.
- Keep the departments offices and tech inventory closets organized and stocked.
- Assistwith basic service requests including cable management and addressing well-documented issues.
- Help the team provide updates on tickets and projects to departments and individuals.
Qualifications - 2 years of administrative support experience in a technical environment.
- Aboveaveragetechnical skills and comfortable with IT jargon.
- Above average Microsoft 365 (Outlook Teams Excel etc.) skills.
- Phenomenal organizational skills and adept at inventory management.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Familiarity withAirtableand relational databases is a plus.
- Familiarity withJira and Confluenceis a plus.
- Agreement withLigoniers General Statement of Faith.
Competencies - Communicates clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.
- Serves others with outstanding customer service skills.
- Entrepreneurial disposition always seeking ways to increase efficiency.
- Meticulous adaptable and resourceful.
- Strong analytical skills; good at dealing with ambiguity.
This position is for a non-profit Christian organizationlocatedin Sanford this time we are only able to hire individuals whoare authorized towork in the United States.
The pay range for this position is$22.00 - $25.00 hourly. Pay rangesrepresentthe lowest to highestsalarywereasonably believewe would pay for this role at the time of posting. We mayultimately offermore or less than the posted range and the ranges may bemodifiedin the future. An employees position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience geographic location and organizational needs.
