Bristol Honda is seeking a friendly professional and customer-focused Full-Time Automotive Service Greeter to serve as the first point of contact for our service customers. This role is essential in delivering a positive customer experience maintaining efficient service drive operations and supporting the service advisor team. The ideal candidate is dependable energetic and committed to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Greet service customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
Direct customers to service advisors and waiting areas as needed
Assist with initial vehicle intake and gather basic customer and vehicle information
Help manage traffic flow in the service drive to ensure safety and efficiency
Answer general questions regarding the service process and dealership amenities
Communicate effectively with service advisors technicians and support staff
Maintain a clean organized and professional service drive area
Ensure customers feel welcomed informed and valued throughout their visit
Follow all dealership policies safety procedures and customer service standards
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service experience required; automotive experience a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Basic computer or tablet skills preferred
Valid drivers license may be required
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to move safely around vehicles including bending and reaching
Full-time position
Schedule may include early mornings evenings and Saturdays based on service department hours
