WANTED! Estate Agency Branch Manager! An experienced Estate Agency professional is required to lead a busy local Banstead branch: manage performance increase instructions and support team development within a respected independent residential agency.

Worth Recruiting Property Industry Recruitment is working with a traditional independent Estate & Lettings Agency in Banstead that is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee and develop branch operations.

This role has arisen due to business growth and offers the opportunity to take full responsibility for sales performance team leadership and instruction generation. The position would suit an existing Branch Manager or a strong Assistant Branch Manager ready to take the next step.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

Managing day-to-day branch operations and sales performance
Leading motivating and supporting the office team
Carrying out valuations and securing new instructions
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
Increasing market share and local brand presence
Monitoring targets pipelines and agreed KPIs
Ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

Previous experience as a Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager
Strong background in residential property sales
Proven ability in valuations and instruction generation
Confident leadership and people management skills
Professional organised and performance-focused approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
NFOPP qualification beneficial but not essential
Knowledge of Banstead and surrounding areas advantageous
Full UK driving licence and own car essential
