Job Summary

Introduction

Our client aresidential construction and renovation companyseeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experiencedBuilders Quantity Surveyorwho can also support the office and financial administration. Must be willing to work on site and in the office.

Must have at least 3 years experience as Builders Quantity Surveyor (residential preferred) with a relevant tertiary qualificationstrong Excel and costing skills good understanding of basic accounting and controlsability to manage variation orders quotes and procurementand is confident dealing with clients architects and site teams.

This role will be split between QS support and office/operations oversight.
