THE OPPORTUNITY
A newly-established residential building contractor being lead by an MD with over a decade of high end residential building experience in the upmarket area of Paarl from leading well known Residential Developments is seeking a Junior Site-Based Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team based in Wellington Paarl. Our Client is currently operating primarily across the Boland / Winelands District although they do have a current project in the Peninsula area.

This role offers long-term stability hands-on site exposure and the opportunity to work on repeat scalable projects rather than once-off developments.

PROJECTS YOU WILL BE INVOLVED IN

Residential maintenance renovations & additions
New residential builds (typically under R3 million per project)
Select small industrial building projects
Ongoing scalable work (not project-specific or once-off)

Geographical focus:

90% Boland / Winelands District
Occasional projects in Green Point Cape Town

REQUIREMENTS

Junior Quantity Surveyor (Site-based)
Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification (or currently completing) or National Diploma is preffered yet practical site exposure is essential.
Strong measurement costing & basic contract administration skills
Willing to travel within the Boland region

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS

Salary: R20000 R38000 per month (CTC dependent on experience)
Travel allowance or company transport provided if required
New contractor with exciting challenging and fast paced project pipeline
