Job Summary
A reputable construction contractor with a strong footprint across South Africas civil and infrastructure sectors is currently seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Paarl.
Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates budgets and tender documentation for civil and construction projects
Monitor project costs and ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle
Manage valuations variations and progress claims
Conduct cost analysis and reporting to support project decision-making
Assist with contract administration and procurement processes
Liaise with project managers engineers and subcontractors to ensure cost efficiency
Ensure compliance with contractual and financial requirements
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Some proven experience on civil construction contracts
Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field
Proficiency in CCS Candy (advantageous)
