Title: Senior Renewals Operations Manager

Reporting to: Sr. Director Sales Operations

Job Summary

The Senior Renewals Operations Manager is an experienced individual contributor responsible for optimizing and supporting the companys contract renewal program. This role works closely with the Renewals Team to develop and implement a mature renewals program that is focused on driving on-time renewals and maintaining clean data. You will collaborate with Sales Services Finance and other stakeholders to define system requirements enhance workflows and deliver actionable insights to support strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement repeatable processes documentation and reporting to drive on-time renewals conversions tech refreshes and overall renewal performance.
  • Develop dashboards conduct in-depth data analysis (using Salesforce Excel etc.) and provide actionable insights on renewal performance churn trends and forecast accuracy to executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements translate them into technical specifications drive improvement projects and lead automation initiatives for complex deal structures and government/enterprise procurement workflows.
  • Understand how SFDC workflows support GTM processes and how to optimize data capture and reporting as a subject matter expert for and Salesforce CPQ.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce ensuring compliance with data standards. Develop standards for Renewals Reps to maintain records train and hold them accountable for maintaining our CRM data. Assist with data cleansing and validation to support reporting needs.
  • Partner with leadership to design territories and assign renewal reps.
  • Support training and change management efforts to ensure user adoption of new systems tools or processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Renewal Sales Operations or Renewal Sales Leadership. Some experience with government clients preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in including Salesforce CPQ data models reporting and dashboards. A Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus but is not required as we have a team of Admins in house.
  • Experience with government procurement processes including RFPs.
  • Experience with Channel-driven sales models.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SOQL or SQL skills are an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across various departments and levels.
  • Highly organized self-motivated and able to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced regulated environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive business data.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:

$126300.00-161199.00 USD

The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates unique experience locale and business addition to a base salary and bonus plans Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO a 401k match and contribution to healthcare coverages.
