Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Housekeeping Assistant to ensure our community is clean safe and welcoming for residents families and visitors. This role is responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of Residents rooms and community common areas.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous housekeeping experience in health care of hospitality setting preferred.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping practices equipment and cleaning agents.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Commitment to safety quality and resident satisfaction.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Sound judgement and a strong ethical foundation in decision-making.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Frequent standing walking bending and reaching.
