Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Events Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of various events including conferences trade shows corporate meetings and social gatherings. Your strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will ensure that every event runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of various events.
- Coordinate with vendors suppliers and venue staff to ensure all event needs are met.
- Help in the preparation of event materials including signage registration packets and promotional items.
- Maintain event budgets and track expenses to ensure financial accountability.
- Manage on-site logistics including setup registration and teardown of events.
- Provide excellent customer service to attendees and respond to inquiries regarding event details.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Prior experience in event planning or coordination is preferred.
