Job Description:
As a Senior Software Engineer you will build and scale the core experience of an AI-native data pipelining platform. You will implement features across the full stack with a heavy focus on backend systems while owning projects end-to-end. This role is critical for shaping the infrastructure that data teams use to manage complex lifecycles.

What you will do:

Design implement and maintain scalable backend features using Python and FastAPI while owning the full development lifecycle.
Build exceptional product experiences by collaborating closely with customers to understand their pain points and data orchestration needs.
Scale the core declarative framework to ensure robust data observability and pipelining efficiency for enterprise-grade data teams.

The ideal candidate:

Over 5 years of professional experience building and shipping full-stack products with a mastery of Python and backend system design.
Proven track record working in AWS cloud environments with a strong understanding of containerization and CI/CD best practices.
Fast-paced generalist with an opinionated approach to shipping high-quality code and conducting experiments to drive product growth.
