Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing and servicing a diverse portfolio of accounts while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of independently managing client relationships and delivering outstanding results. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60000 - $80000 for Account Managers; $80000 - $110000 for Senior Account Managers (commensurate with experience).
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance 401(k) plan and other perks.
- Work Arrangement: Flexible work environment with optional remote work on Mondays and -office presence required Tuesday through Thursday.
- Travel: Occasional travel to visit local clients.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage and service a portfolio of accounts across various industries and sizes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Handle both new and renewal business quotes providing tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients offering insights and recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Participate in client meetings both virtually and on-site as required.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience independently managing a book of business in a client-facing role.
- Proven ability to handle accounts of varying sizes and industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Familiarity with quoting new and renewal business.
- Ability to travel locally as needed.
- A passion for professional growth and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
