Job Description:
You will lead end-to-end research studies for a major technology client to redesign a complex financial compliance tool. By executing qualitative interviews surveys and benchmarking you will bridge the gap between user behavior and product strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize feature requests and communicate insights through compelling storytelling.

Location: Mumbai India

The ideal candidate:

Over 10 years of experience in UX research across agency financial services or hyper-growth technology environments
Proven expertise in selecting and inventing research methods tailored to specific business goals and complex product landscapes
Exceptional ability to translate complex data into persuasive narratives for diverse organizational levels and cross-functional teams
