Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Representative is tasked with expanding referrals and cultivating new business opportunities in the areas ARC PT serves. 

  • Make sales calls/contacts with referrals sources focusing primarily on physicians. Communication will be done through face to face meetings emails and phone calls as directed (min 30x/wk) 

  • Aim to conduct twenty-five face-to-face meetings per week. 

  • Gather and analyze relevant information regarding referrals and market trends on a weekly and monthly basis. 

  • Plan and execute large-scale ARC-sponsored programs with referral sources. 

  • Organize and manage ARC-sponsored learning events on a bi-monthly basis. 

  • Maintain contacts and utilize contact platforms as directed. 

  • Participate in vending opportunities at conferences seminars and community-related activities as required. 

  • Actively engage in community involvement events aligned with ARCs strategic initiatives such as Chamber memberships or other branding opportunities. 

  • Conduct weekly meetings with the Wichita ARC PT Clinic Directors or Lead Therapists. 

  • Perform other duties as assigned. 


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or advanced degree in a relevant field preferred. 

  • Willingness to travel as directed and as required by the position. 

  • Ability to travel to multiple clinics in Ava Joplin Lebanon Springfield Rogersville and Springdale AR. 

  • Preferably experience in sales and business development. 

  • Strong organizational abilities. 

  • Demonstrated self-starter skills and capability to work independently. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Ability to maintain high levels of organization attention to detail and prioritize tasks even in fast-paced environments. 

  • Proficiency in social media platforms preferred. 

  • Proficient in computer applications: MS Word Excel PowerPoint and design software. 

  • Reliable transportation for sales calls and contacts. 

  • Experience working within a collaborative team-oriented environment. 

  • Adherence to clinic and OSHA safety protocols. 

  • Commitment to upholding HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality
