Job Summary
Job Description: Online Chat Representative at Measutronics
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through online chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products services and company policies
- Assist customers with order placement tracking and product inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through excellent communication
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services offered
Essential Qualifications:
