The Real Estate Intern supports the Real Estate team by assisting with project work related to market evaluation and strategy. This role provides hands-on experience to location analytics tools and cross-functional real estate processes.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to Real Estate project work and day-to-day team tasks
- Participate in location analytics work using Kalibrate and SiteZeus
- Assist with projects related to trade area development and market evaluation
- Support data documentation and review needs across Real Estate initiatives
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate
- 1 years of volunteer or work experience in relevant field
- Able to work in-person at the Dallas Restaurant Support Office in Plano TX continuously from June 3 to August 11 2026
- Able to provide personal living arrangements and reliable transportation
- Detail-oriented organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-driven flexible and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word
