Job Summary
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize SQL pipelines data models and transformations within Snowflake.
- Build Python-based data processing and automation workflows.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and deliverables ensuring timely and high-quality outputs.
- Implement CI/CD workflows and maintain version-controlled code repositories.
- Build and manage orchestration pipelines using Airflow Dagster or similar tools.
- Support data governance quality checks and secure data practices.
- Troubleshoot pipeline issues and proactively improve performance and reliability.
Qualifications :
Required Skills
- Strong SQL expertise (5 years) preferably with Snowflake but other Database Management systems are acceptable.
- Data modelling experience.
- Proficient Python programming skills for pipeline and automation tasks.
- Experience working in Agile environments and delivering iterative outcomes.
- Understanding of cloud data warehouses especially Snowflake.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g. GitHub GitLab Azure DevOps).
- Exposure to workflow orchestration frameworks like Airflow or Dagster.
